oh ladies, when will I ever stop feeling like crap!! Tuesday is our first u/s and I cant wait to see how far along I am. The doctor on friday said my uterus felt big and thinks I am about 10wks, but we will see. but omg!! I feel like I cant even fun…
lol Jazz you are funny. All Bruce wants to do is have sex sex sex and I want nothing to do with it. Maybe for me it will change in the 2nd trimester...

- My name is Amanda and I have a wonderful husband named Bruce. We are stationed at Marine Corps Base Quantico. I hate the traffic here, but it gives my husband and I more time together since he is with a non deploying unit.
I am a Licensed Practical Nurse and love it. I am excited to be heading back to school in Fall of 2009 to earn my R.N. We do not have any children yet, due to infertility issues, but have been going through infertility testing, and will be hopefully starting some treatments this time next year!
I am pretty much an open book, am very friendly and love to meet new people. I cant wait to get to know all the wonderful women of this site!!

I blame the girl scouts!!
I sit and plan out my meals for the week. I get my list of all the things I will need to be "healthy" for yet another week in 2009. Okay, so my husbands birthday is tomorrow. He decided to do some stupid grappling tournament..okay fine whatever. But my parents drove 2 hours to come take him out to dinner tonight and spend time with us and ALL he did was stupid crap for his tournament. Enough is ENOUGH!
Okay, so I am going to bitch for a few minutes here. So my husband and I have infertility issues and was told in December we will need IVF. I am okay with that and I have accepted that. My problem tonight is a so called "friend". She has known since like last May that we have been trying to get pregnant. - yeah the morning sickeness sucks hardcore... i had it all day too and it was nooooot fun... and for me all of the tricks the docs tell you didnt work .. i basically just had to deal with it , but it will be worth it in the end... im 21 weeks now and not having to deal with running to barf every five mins ;-) so im starting to enjoy things.... things in the home have cooled down for my husband but not for me .. im tired of dealing with him thinking its ok to act like this and then think that i should just be ok afterward.. im going to a counselor today and figure some things out.. the only reason i havent gotten my ass on a plane is because if i go home im going home and dont want any yo yo type stuff ...

- Hi Amanda! How is it going? I started last Sunday and I cheated and weighed mysekf LOL. I've lost 4 pounds already and I haven't worked out yet. I'm stoked. Its so easy to follow and it makes me feel better as far as being able to eat what I want yet realizing that I don't have to eat the whole bag/box/platter of whatever it is.

Congratulations on the success with WW so far! That is so cool and it motivates me! I understand exactly where you are coming from as far as wanting REAL food on your birthday! I feel the same way. HAPPY BELATED BIRTHDAY! Hope it was good!
But yeah, I started actually yesterday and I'm doing online WW too! I signed up and you won't believe this........... I exhausted ALL of my play points yesterday!!!!! It wasn't my fault. Well, yea it was lol. I went to Publix and I was almost done shopping when I rounded the corner onto the bakery aisle. I saw their carrot cake and I HAD to have some and then I passed their wings and they have these Mardi Gras wings!!!!! I got some too.... So, I did bad, but I kind of wanted to get the extra points out of the way. I hope this week is a good week though. I think it will be.

How is base living Tho... are the houses/ apartment nice..? Im weighing every option.. I cant find pics for house on base. ----- Also when it comes to deployment what is the longest he can be away...? I told you i ramble sorry!! lol
He's probably really busy and doesn't have time to get online for extended periods everyday. Don't worry... He will contact you when he can.
