its just not fair
Ok so as everyone knows I had a really difficult time adjusting to Korea. I finally made a really good friend, but before that my husband and I found a yorkshire terrier out on the streets so we adopted her. She was adorable! she was already housebroken and puppy pad trained, yes both! It was amazing she also never barked and was the most loveable dog ever. We named her Roxy. yay
Well after the past few weeks of being alone I survived the 1st field training month. My husband is coming back and I cannot wait! It feels like boot camp again and how excited you get when you finally know that you get to see them again soon! it is going to be so nice sleeping next to him again and cooking for 2 instead of one lol. See I don't always complain :-)

this is ridiculous
You know I joined this site to be able to deal with the life I DID NOT CHOOSE but got handed to me. My dad found it for me and at the time I was thankful for it. I posted a blog to say I am having a rough time adjusting to ASIA, the ARMY, and m MARRIAGE. Why does it have to become a suck it up or what wife has it worse competition? A tad bit sad....
So I am in my 3rd month of Korea now. I am not a huge fan. It has been really hard on me leaving home and all of my family and friends. I am thankful Korea does not deploy, but really annoyed with field training. My husband leaves Sept 15 or 16 ( not sure which yet ) for over a month. Naturally my 21st bday is Sept 23 and I am really upset about him not being here for it. I KNOW he is not in the sand box, but its going to be really hard to be alone completely for a month. - Camp Stanley is SO small so there's not a lot of wives here to cause drama. Thank goodness! I'm definitely not a drama girl. Do you go to the Pear Blossom Cottage at all? That is where I go on base here. And I stay home and watch a lot of movies! You're right... we are lucky they are here and not in Afghanistan. But this place... it's... I don't even know how to describe it! I am just here waiting to go home!!

- It's definitely not what I was expecting it to be! I'm glad I'm not the only one who feels this way. Most of the wives I've met seem to really like it here for some reason... but definitely not me! I don't completely hate it, but I don't love it. I'm just here and that's it.

just wanted to take a min to be a cry baby ... my husband has 24 hour duty today and i didnt get to spend christmas day with him ;-( wouldnt be so bad if i wasnt 9 months pregnant and didnt lose my mucus plug this morning ... and we dont know anyone…
