The best thing you can do is keep yourself as busy as you can!! Start making yourself get up and go out in public. Go for a ran, take up yoga, Take a class. Find a job. Go to churcha nd find support. Join Experince Project where it is alot busier ...

Hot and Cold
So my hubby is getting ready to deploy again soon and he is starting to change. He is very Hot and Cold. He says alot of it is because he doesn't want to get to close to the kids and I and he figures that I should take care of them on my own since he won't be here. I took the picture, though, because I have to wear glasses, and couldn't ever get sunglasses, because they have to be prescription in order for me to see. And, my mother always refused to spend that kind of money on them for me. So, right after my husband left, I had an eye exam, and opted to buy myself sunglasses instead of another pair of glasses. And, I really, really love them!!! LOL!

I got some bad news today because my good friend found out his colon is filled with cancerous polyps and they have to remove his entire colon. Poor guy isn't even 22 years old yet. Other than that i'm good! You need to rest lady! Take care of yourself! I really hope they can get you something to help, i really hate being sick! Chicken noodle soup and shrimp dishes! i know shrimp sounds weird but it boosts your immune system and is a real helper in making you get over illness quicker... sharing my mexican home recipes shhh keep it on the DL don't want it getting out lol! hope you feel better!
